Today on the podcast I riff, MOSTLY coherently, about problem solving. I share a few funny stories from my oldest kids to help demonstrate some missing pieces for us adults.
Specifically: NOT discounting the first idea that comes out of our heads, and NOT being so ashamed to throw some solutions out there.
Solutions aren’t sexy these days, but DUDE we need to be about them now more than ever before. Our idea doesn’t have to be the one that solves the problem, but it can start a conversation that gets us closer. Let’s be less ashamed to talk about ideas for solving our problems. Let’s not worry so much about what somebody might think about our ideas and instead share them and start meaningful conversations.
What do you think? Do you discount the first solution that pops into your head?
