Obstacles

When you set an impossible goal, the first thing your brain will do is present you with a million objections and obstacles that stand in your way. These obstacles generally fall into three main buckets. And most people will either view these obstacles as excuses, or they’ll view them as to-dos.

In this episode I give you some helpful prompts to help you decide if you want to go any farther in pursuit of your impossible goal. You’ll also get some activities to help you turn your obstacles into the to do list as you pursue the impossible.
