Listen, you’re not always going to feel incredible. But without some thought and intention around it, our default mode is pretty meh.
Living all the time in meh mode is going to lead to a meh life.
So make a list of the feelings you WANT to feel.
Abundance.
Awe.
Joy.
Gratitude
Possibility
Fearless
Capable
Confident
Love
And be conscious of the thoughts that help you feel that way.
A little thought pattern I’m going to today in order to help me feel more accomplished is this:
I have enough. I did enough. I am enough.
On the menu of life’s feelings, you won’t always get to choose your favorites. But when it’s default mode meh vs. something you choose… choose a powerful feeling.
