In Episode 22 I shared my recent decision to give up alcohol for the month of February. I equate the decision to my daughter finally deciding to eat the pb&j so she could have a piece of gum.
Today’s episode focuses in more on the gum, the treat, the reward. I also update you on what 25 days (ish) without alcohol has taught me.
Most exciting, I don’t need alcohol to have a good time! And in fact, alcohol frequently has held me back from fully enjoying certain experiences. What a relief!
