Erica Riffs – Your Proudest Accomplishment!

It’s Anson’s 8th birthday!! So even though I have an entire outline for the different content planned this week, I wanted to riff instead and share a major breakthrough a-ha moment I had last night, and what it means for you in life and in business.

This is not the podcast episode I had planned for today but it is the podcast I need to share: the call to action??

You need to make a highlight reel

I realized yesterday that my absolute proudest accomplishment in life was going back to the well of potential grief and anguish to have kids after we lost Hudson. We believed the payoff would be worth it, and we were right. But we had to consciously choose the risk, and we had to be hopeful and brave and positive through it all, and we were rewarded with 8 years of being Anson’s mom, and the risk was SO worth it.

You might not have been faced with a similar challenge, but if somebody asked you what your proudest moment in life was, would you be able to answer? I want you to be able to say YES.

Make a list of your proudest accomplishments in a few areas of life, from relationships to business and personal impacts made. Revisit it often, because this highlight reel is also a demonstration of the person you strive to be, the best version of you in action. We all could afford to be reminded of that person from time to time, the more regularly the better.

Journal on this!

What is your proudest accomplishment, and what does that say about you? Revisit it and review the lessons you learned in these accomplishments so you can do MORE of those kinds of things. And remember, you have things in life to be proud of. You’ve changed the world already. Keep it up.
