Thought-Feeling Combos

How do you want to feel today?

It’s a question I ask myself almost every morning. As evidenced by other content here, if you’ve been paying attention.

I believe there’s a recipe for the life of my dreams, and that it’s revealed by the feelings I want to feel more often.

I used to play in piano competitions. And I always knew, before I even sat down at the keyboard, when I was going to win the competition. It was in my gut, the butterflies that brought my focus to a laser point. And I would sit down and obliterate Beethoven and not be surprised when I was called as the 1st place in the age group.

I have been trying to recapture that feeling more formulaically because I think there’s something there that would take this whole thing from woo woo ‘feel your feelings’ stuff to a process I can replicate to increase my chances of a life full of wins, both in my business and in my existence.

Weird, maybe. But here we are, writing about it.

Write down 5-10 feelings you want to feel in your life.
Then write the thoughts that make you FEEL those things.
Think those thoughts on purpose.

I believe that’s the roadmap. Now, I’ve got to go out and prove it’s true.
